Each piece varying slightly in weight; our chuck rolls are approximately 6.5-pounds each. One of the two major boneless subprimals, the chuck roll is a tougher cut; that’s loaded with beefy flavor. Ideal for recipes that call for stew meat, ground beef, or stir fry, level up your weeknight meals with the delightful qualities of premium Japanese A5 Wagyu.
