Stone Crab Claw Mustard Sauce Recipe

This stone crab claw mustard sauce recipe makes the perfect dipping sauce for your fresh stone crab claws. This recipe also works great with crab cakes and white fish, and we even use it at times on grilled chicken.

Stone Crab Claw Mustard Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Key Lime Juice (or 1/3 cup lime juice)
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Optional Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon Tabasco Sauce if you like it spicy
  • Fine Chopped Fresh Chives

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, mix well the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, key lime (or lime) juice and honey.
  2. Incorporate the Tabasco if you'd like it a bit spicy, and the chives if you wish.
  3. Season with salt an pepper to taste.
