A:The shelf life of the Mimolette - Aged 3 Months, is around 2 weeks refrigerated for the cut portions and around 1 month for the whole piece.
Q:Is the rind edible ?
A:The rind is technically edible, though it's quite tough and doesn't have a particularly appealing taste.
