All the way from Thailand, fresh-picked coconuts have been deshelled and crushed into a fine puree that's sweetened with a touch of natural cane sugar. As you'd expect, it has a multitude of uses:
- incorporate into pies, tarts, ice creams, sorbets, macaroons and other sweet treats.
- add to pina coladas and other cocktails, smoothies and juices for naturally delicious coconut flavor.
- use in sauces, glazes and marinades for savory dishes such as rendang, laksa and coconut curry or soup.

Ingredients: 90% coconut puree, 10% cane sugar
Storage: Freeze on arrival, and once ready to consume, break off and thaw your desired amount, returning the remaining puree to the freezer.
