Blueberry Puree

Delicious and versatile purees made from meticulously selected blueberries, made with a pasteurizing process of rapid heating and cooling adapted to this particular fruit, preserving the fresh taste and color of blueberries. Defrost the puree in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours before using, or in the microwave at moderate temperature. Use them to create delicious cocktails, smoothies, and pie fillings.

Q:Hi, can this be defrosted and then frozen again?

A:Yes, this can be refrozen. We do not recommend doing that multiple times, as this can lead to texture changes, but refreezing the puree once or twice should nor cause any issues.
