Chocolate Dipped Strawberries RecipeIngredients1.75 lbs. Bittersweet couverture chocolate, 70%18 strawberries with leaves18 bamboo skewersDirectionsMelt or temper the chocolate (which will give you a great glossy finish)Skewer the strawberries through the leafy end, making sure you have a good grip on it. Dip it in the chocolate about halfway through (or three-quarters). Let the excess drip off, without shaking. Place in parchment paper and wait till the chocolate sets and hardens, then remove the skewer (or present them with the skewer, if you chose).Keep in a cool, dark place until serving, but don’t store in the fridge, which will make the chocolate lose it’s temper.
