Cocoa Dusted Chocolate Truffles RecipeIngredients 1 ½ cups heavy cream1 tbsp. unsalted butter11 oz. bittersweet baking chocolate 70% cacao, chopped¼ tsp. Maldon salt1 ½ tsp. almond extract8 tbsp. cocoa powderDirectionsPut the cream in a pan over a medium heat until it is hot but not boiling, and add the butter and the almond extract.Once the butter has melted, pour over the chopped chocolate, mixing slowly.
