Easy Caramelized Almonds RecipeIngredients 1 egg white1 tbsp water2 oz. whole Marcona almonds½ cup white sugar¼ tsp sea saltCooking sprayDirectionsHeat oven to 350 °F.Spray a baking tray with cooking spray.In a bowl, mix the egg with the water, trying not to get bubbles when you mix, then add in the almonds until they are all coated.Add the sugar and salt.With a fork transfer them to the tray, making sure they don't stick together.
