Summer Black Italian Truffle Peelings

A versatile product perfect for garnishing truffle dishes, truffle peelings are slices of summer truffles from Italy that are steamed and then stored in truffle juice and salt.

These are perfect little slices that are ideal to garnish a dish, for that great “truffle look”, and you can use the truffle juice for sauces and soups – or try it to boil pasta with! Once opened, store any remaining truffles in their own juice in an airtight container in the fridge, for about a week.
