La Maja produces this oil in limited editions every year, with the best olives from their harvest. An intense yellow orange color, La Maja Coupage is fruity and fresh, with notes of herbs, tomatoes and apples, with a medium bitterness and a lingering piquancy. From hand-picked olives cold-pressed within 12 hours of harvest, this olive oil is presented in a beautiful opaque bottle to best preserve the flavors and colors.

Q:is coupage or gourmet the best olive oil?

A:Best with these types of olives oils is really a relative term and it's more of a personal preference. They are both excellent. I myself prefer this La Maja olive oil, however we sell both the La Maja and the
Basilippo in the same quantities. So it's really a personal preference.
