These Jumbo Blue raw shrimp still have their shell on, but their heads have been removed for ease of preparation, meaning you can easily serve them in several ways – using only as many shrimp as you need and then keeping the rest in the freezer.

A:1 lb of Jumbo Shrimp will usually feed 5 to 6 people as an entree. For 50 people we suggest 10 to 12 lbs of Jumbo Shrimp.
