While the culinary possibilities of our strawberry puree are virtually endless, some of our favorite ways to use it include: ice creams, sorbets, mousses, and pastry fillings. The easiest and most delicious way to make some of your favorite cocktails is to blend this puree with your liquor of choice and enjoy! Thaw in the refrigerator for 12 hours before use or at room temperature for 8. Store in the refrigerator and use quickly or refreeze for later use.
