Organic Carnaroli Rice

Perfect risotto has to start with perfect rice, which is why chefs prefer Carnaroli. Tenuta Castello's Carnaroli Rice is perfect to achieve that ideal risotto texture, creamy yet al dente that makes a risotto right. It easily absorbs the flavor or condiments and other ingredients and resists overcooking. If you're debating between Arborio and Carnaroli it is useful to know that there isn't much of a real difference between the two of them, with the exception that perhaps Carnaroli is a little bit more forgiving.
