Thanksgiving Turkey, Cranberries and Brie Leftover Sandwich RecipeIngredients¾ cups sugar2 cups orange juice½ cup dried cranberries½ cup dried strawberries4 ciabatta bread4 tsp Whole Grain Dijon Mustard1 lb. Brie cheese sliced thinly3 cups leftover turkey6 to 8 tbsp Thanksgiving stuffingSea Salt and pepperDirectionsPut the sugar, the orange juice, the cranberries and the strawberries in a small cooking pot. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and continue cooking until the dried fruit is tender and thickens into a jam. Mix and reserve to cool. If you want, skip this step and use leftover cranberry sauce instead. Cut the bread lengthwise, and spread Dijon on one side. Layer slices of turkey, a tablespoon of the cranberry-strawberry jam, slices of brie, a tablespoon or two of stuffing and close.
