Truffle Heart Chocolate Chip Cookies RecipeIngredients5 1/2 oz. Bittersweet chocolate, in chips or small chunks5 1/2 oz. butter, softened3 oz. brown sugar3 oz. white sugar1 large egg8 oz. plain flour1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1/2 cup chopped nuts2 tablespoons milk1 or 2 tablespoons melted butter15 chocolate trufflesDirectionsTurn oven to 375°F.In a bowl, place the softened butter and beat with a wooden spoon until creamy. Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract and mix well.Stir in flour, nuts, chocolate chips and milk, and mix until you have a soft and moist dough.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Scoop spoonfuls of dough into the baking sheet, flattening with the bottom of a wet spoon.
