Truffle Mac and Cheese RecipeIngredients1 lb. box short pasta, elbows3 cups Truffled Cheese1 ½ cups of Parmigiano Reggiano1 cup heavy cream2 tsp. truffle oilTruffle salt, to taste1 Fresh black truffle, sliced thinlyDirectionsBring salted water to boil in a large pot and cook till al dente. While the pasta is cooking, make the sauce.In a medium saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a boil; reduce the heat to medium and whisk in the cheese and parmigiano cheese. The cheeses will melt and the sauce will thicken.
