Urbani partnered with Italpizza, one of the most famous brands of frozen pizzas in Italy to create frozen pizzas handmade by expert Italian chefs, topped with real truffles and mushrooms supplied by Ubani. Just imagine hand-rolled dough, neither too thin or extra thick, topped with a flavorful summer truffle sauce and perfectly meltable provolone and part-skim mozzarella cheeses, plus chunks of meaty artichokes and chopped pieces of black summer truffles to finish it all off to perfection. This all comes perfectly frozen and packaged, so all you have to do is pop it in the oven and dig in. No more doughy, greasy pizza delivered on a sad Saturday night! Instead, enjoy a gourmet pizza with all the fresh flavor of Italy in every bite.
To prepare, preheat oven to 350F. Remove all packaging and place on the medium rack of the oven, and bake 7-9 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Don’t thaw to cook, and don’t refreeze after thawing!
