Wagyu Roast Beef Sandwich With Avocado Mayo RecipeIngredients1/2 French baguette or 3 mini baguettes8 oz.Wagyu Roast beef4 slices Swiss cheese1 heirloom tomato, slicedHandful of Alfalfa sprouts1 Small avocado3 tbsp. mayonnaiseThe juice of ½ lemonSalt and pepper, to tasteDirectionsTurn oven to broil.Using a hand blender, blend avocado, mayo, lemon juice, until well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.Halve the baguette and spread the avocado mayo on one side. Top with slices of tomato, sprouts and roast beef. Reserve.Add Swiss cheese to the other half of the baguette and broil for 2 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
