Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P - Condiment

This beautiful balsamic condiment is made by Antica Acetaia della Marchesa, in beautiful Reggio Emilia. Unlike some supermarket variety balsamic condiments, this has NO colorings or thickening agents, just a fine blend of grape must and wine vinegar, aged for at least 3 years in oak barrels. Dense, dense and intense, it has a robust and rich flavor with a pleasant tartness and a lovely delicate aroma. Use it for any dish, to pair with salads, meats, cheese plates, sauces or for marinades. IGP certification guarantees that the grapes of this balsamic are typical of the Modena region.
