What is Balassan?

Beginning with cold-pressed organic pomegranate juice, Bagdasarian ages the juice in oaken barrels. Once the allotted time has passed: it is combined with raw mountain honey. This special honey is made from the nectar of wildflowers growing 6000 feet above sea level in the Armenian mountains.

To ensure they retain their maximum flavor and nutritional quality none of the ingredients are ever pasteurized. This simple yet effective combination is what we know as Balassan.
