Country Pate with Fig Jam Appetizers RecipeIngredients 1 fresh baguette17 oz. Country Pate with Black Pepper1 orange1/3 cup Fig Jam1/2 lb. Caramelized Walnuts1 cup microgreens, for garnishDirectionsTake the French baguette and slice it a 45 degree angle making ¼ inch thick slices. Make 32 pieces.Take the Country Pate and slice into ¼ inch thick slices, and then slice again diagonally to make 32 triangles.Peel the orange and remove all rind, seeds and white pith. Then slice into small wedges, about 1 inch long.Take each baguette slice and spread with fig jam.
