This superb salami from Canada's Freybe brand is coated in gelatin and rolled in imported parmesan cheese, for a distinctive and unique flavor. Freybe's salamis are made following European recipes and traditions, using prime cuts of chopped pork mixed with salt and spices, smoked and air-dried for five weeks. This Italian-style Parmesano Salami is perfect for a charcuterie platter, paired with crusty bread and a chilled beer.

This product has already been tried in Sam's Club. Like in photography, with the exception of cheese, in fact the cheese is a thin layer. A good product, I recommend.
