Grilled Squid, Shrimp and Scallops With Orange Paprika Dressing RecipeIngredients 4 6-7 oz. squid tubes and tentacles, cleaned16 scallops in their shell12-16 fresh raw shrimp½ cup olive oilJuice of 1 orange2 tsps. paprikaSea salt and black pepper to taste2 tbsps. chopped fresh parsley1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley for garnishDirectionsPreheat the grill to medium-hot heat and brush with olive oil.Place olive oil, orange juice, paprika, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk until well mixed.Skewer the shrimp with wood (pre-soaked for 15 minutes in water) or metal skewers.Place squid, skewered shrimp and oysters on the shell directly on the grill.
