Thin Soy Sauce - White Soy Sauce

A great tradition to the Asian pantry! Lighter in texture (but not lower in sodium) than regular soy sauce, this Thin Soy Sauce is a Thai specialty product. It has a more subtle, less rich flavor than Japanese soy sauce, and can be used as a vegetarian substitution for Thai Fish Sauce.
Ingredients: soybean 50%, wheat flour 20%
