You'll love the aromatic bouquet with notes of fruit, green leaves, and bread, and the complex, lingering flavor that is superbly fruity and sweet with just enough bitterness and pungency. This Spanish oil is made with Arbequina olives grown in the fertile banks of the River Ebro. The green olives are pressed within 12 hours of harvest, yielding a highly aromatic and dense oil.
