Lox and Bagels RecipeIngredients4 bagel, halved1 cup cream cheese8 slices (4 oz.) smoked salmon lox4 tsp. capers, drained and rinse1 large heirloom tomato, sliced thinly1 small red onion, finely slicedDirectionsDivide the bagels in separate plates. On each half of the bagels, spread a liberal amount of cream cheese.On one half of the bagel, place two folded slices of lox, 1 tsp. capers, a slice of tomato and a slice or two of red onions.
