This flavorful skin-on Muscovy double breast – where the skin connects the two breasts – from the larger male (drake) duck delivers a gorgeous presentation, and the skin chars to brown and crispy goodness. Amazing with a citrus glaze or paired with sweet fruits like berries. Bake it, roast it, pan sear it, or even give it a turn on the grill during the warmer months, it will always cook moist and juicy.

 In the lush San Joaquin Valley, Grimaud Farms has been raising premium specialty poultry since 1985. They raise their top-quality, award-winning breeding birds in a humane and natural growing environment - spacious barns, never given any steroids, antibiotics or growth hormones. The process is longer than most other producers - 70-85 days instead of 42-45 – which lets the birds mature and reach their full flavor potential.
