Sweetheart Ham - Boneless
This fantastic little artisan ham is made in Oregon by Olympia Provisions. It earns its name for its small, made-for-two size – share with your sweetheart or keep it all to yourself. It’s crafted from premium humanely raised Pacific Northwest boneless pork sirloin tip, brined in herbs garlic and onions for at least 10 days, then smoked over applewood for 10 hours.
The result? A smoky and sweet ham that’s delicious to slice thinly and serve on a charcuterie board or to make an incredible sandwich. Pairs just as delightfully with Dijon as it does with a sweet Chutney, and shines with nutty cheeses like Gruyere or Emmental. Serve at an elegant holiday dinner or save it for a Sunday brunch, delicious, any way you cut it.
