Passion Fruit and Mango Sorbet Recipe Ingredients8 oz. passion fruit frozen puree8 oz. mango frozen puree1 ½ cup water1 cup sugar1 tsp. Maldon saltJuice of 2 limes2 limes for garnishDirectionsTake the fruit purees soften at room temperature or overnight in the fridge. Mix together in a bowl and reserve in the fridge.Bring the water to a boil on a medium saucepan and add the sugar, stirring until it dissolves. Turn off the heat, then incorporate the lime juice, and salt. Add this mix to the fruit puree, stirring to mix well.
