Q:Are you still not shipping chilled/perishables to Canada (Toronto)
A:Unfortunately, we do not ship any chilled or frozen products outside of the US.
Q:Can you provide a complete ingredients list for the Truffled Mousse Pate by Terroirs d'Antan.
A:The ingredients are: Chicken liver pate, chicken fat, whole eggs, chicken stock, sherry wine, cornstarch, truffle mushroom, sugar, salt, porcini mushroom powder, onion, white pepper, aspic: Water, gelatin, vinegar, cognac, salt, hydrolyzed corn, soy and wheat protein.
Q:Can the pate be frozen?
A:Since this is a mousse we would not recommend freezing the pate as the texture might be affected.
Q:Does the pates come with the ingredients so that I can tell how many calories come from carbohydra
tes , protein, and fat in a serving?
A:The pates have the nutritional information on the packaging, on the back. We have listed the ingredients list, which can be also found on the packaging as well.
Q:What is the shelf life if unopened?
A:The shelf life is 8 weeks refrigerated.
