Wagyu Corned Beef Hash With Fried Egg RecipeIngredients4 large potatoes, peel and diced½ large sweet onion, diced1 large tomato, sliced½ green pepper1 bunch parsley, chopped finely3 tbsp. butter3 tbsp. olive oil1 tsp. paprika8 oz. Wagyu Corned Beef, chopped1/3 cup tomato sauce4 eggsSalt and pepper, to tasteDirectionsBoil the potatoes until soft, drain and reserve. Bring the olive oil and butter on a large pan to a medium head and add the onions. Saute the onions until slightly tenderAdd in the green pepper and the parsley, give it a stir and cook, covered, for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and reserve warm.To the already hot pan, add in the potatoes, the corned beef, and season with salt, pepper and paprika to tastes, sauté and then add the tomato sauce, and cook on medium-high for about 5 minutes.Fry 4 eggs in a separate frying pan.Assemble: place the hash on a plate and top with a fried egg, a few slices of tomatoes, a garnish with a pinch of fresh parsley.
