Chocolate Chip Cookie Truffles RecipeIngredients¼ cup butter, softened2 ¼ cups chocolate chip cookies, chopped7 oz. sweetened condensed milk3 1/2 oz. white baking chocolate, melted1 lb. bittersweet baking chocolate 70 %, melted and at room temperature7 to 10 oz. white chocolate, melted for decoratingDirectionsIn a large bowl cream butter with a silicone spatula or wooden spoon, then gradually mix in the chopped cookies.Add the condensed milk and the melted chocolate, mixing well.Shape into ¾ inch balls and place on waxed paper; keep in the fridge for 2 hours.The dough may be sticky, put a little powdered sugar in your hands - this will make it easier to shape the truffles.Dip the cookie balls with a fork into the melted dark chocolate coating to cover, then place on waxed paper and until set.Put the melted white chocolate in a piping bag , cut a little piece of the piping bag and make stripes on top of the truffles.
