Much like our other Spanish cakes, only all natural and fresh nuts and fruit are used to prepare the Date and Almond cake. Also traditionally served alongside cheese boards for dessert, this is made by alternating layers of fresh dates and almonds that are simply pressed together. A natural, super-healthy, crisp and sweet flavorful snack or pairing for cheese. From Spain, no additives or preservatives.
