A:You do not need to bake the macaroons, they are ready to eat. Best is kept frozen and thawed before consuming chilled.
Q:can i refreeze them after they arrive? how long will they keep before i need to serve them? we want to use them for a wedding on march 17
A:The macarons can be kept frozen for about 1.5 months and refrigerated for around 1 week. We would recommend ordering them closer to the event they are needed for, to make sure that they will fresh.
