Goat Cheese and Serrano Ham Dates RecipeIngredients 1/3 cup soft goat cheese1 tbsp. Mix of fresh herbs, chopped (oregano, thyme, rosemary, basil)16 large dates, pitted16 fresh basil leaves6 slices Serrano Ham, thinly sliced and cut into strips ¾”-inch wide16 bamboo skewers (presoaked in water for 10 minutes)DirectionsTurn oven grill on low.Mix goat cheese with herbs using a fork, then stuff about 1 tsp. into the dates. Wrap with basil leaf and a strip of serrano, and secure with a bamboo skewer. Grill for about 3-5 minutes, until goat cheese melted.
