A:This cheese is part of our "no cut" list of cheeses. It can only be sold in it's 10.5 lb presentation.
Q:So, how old is this aged gouda? 12 months, 24 months, 36 mo, 5 years???
A:Typically the Old Amsterdam Gouda is matured for around 18 months.
