Isigny Beurre De Baratte Butter, Unsalted

Just when you thought French butter couldn't get better, Isigny Ste Mere broke the mold and added rich Normandy cream to its traditional Beurre de Baratte. Deliciously creamy and a little caramelized, this fresh cream has a rich golden color and smooth texture. The "Baratte" process constitutes of separating the milk, spinning the heaviest part into a creamy and thick consistency, and later re-injecting the butter with cream, for a decadent and sumptuous texture and flavor.
Ingredients: Pasteurized cow's milk (contains lactose and casein), lactic starters, All natural.
