Pork Ribs With Homemade BBQ Sauce RecipeFor the BBQ Sauce8 tomatoes, peeled and deseeded, diced2 garlic cloves, chopped1/3 cup muscovado sugar¼ cup red wine vinegar1 ½ cup of water1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce½ tbsp. smoked paprika1 tsp. smoked maldon salt½ tsp. fresh ground black pepperFor the Ribs 2 back ribs whole, about 3 lbs.A water spray to use during the grillingDirectionsBring all the bbq sauce ingredients to a boil in a saucepan at medium heat. Lower the heat and simmer for about 6 to 8 minutes, then remove from fire.Once cooled, process with an electric hand mixer until well incorporated.Trim any excess fat and remove the membrane from the ribs with a sharp knife. Heat the grill to max heat.Put the 2 whole ribs on top of the grill with the bones side down. Cook on medium indirect heat for 30 minutes and each side, brushing the bone side with bbq sauce every few minutes and spraying the ribs with water every 15 minutes.Remove the ribs from the grill, place on a cutting board and cover them with a lid or metal foil.
