Shrimp and Smoked Salmon Appetizers With Avocado RecipeIngredientsSliced smoked salmon1 ripe mango, julienned1 avocado, julienned6 shrimp, deveined and cut in half1 tbsp. tobiko caviar for garnish½ cup soy sauce¾ cup white sugar½ cup mirin saucefresh dillDirectionsFill a small pot with water and 1 tbsp. of lemon juice; boil the shrimp. Reserve in the fridge.Prepare the eel sauce: bring soy sauce, white sugar and mirin sauce to a boil over medium heat. Simmer until the sauce has thickened. Reserve in the fridge or at room temperature.Cut rectangular pieces of sliced smoked salmon, about 1 inch wide.Place the mango, avocado, 2 pieces of shrimp in the middle of the smoked salmon and roll it up.
