Our top grade for Wagyu, MS10 is the crème de la crème of tenderness, mapped with a thin white webbing of sumptuous intramuscular fat that melts into the meat as it cooks, making this steak so creamy and flavorful it almost melts in your mouth.

These steaks represent less than 1% of Wagyu cows, so it’s a very rare and hard-to-find cut. They’re incredibly rich, so it’s best to serve in smaller portions to truly enjoy and not be overwhelmed - about half the size of your favorite steak should work nicely. Our Boneless Rib Eye is one of our most luxurious steaks, perfect for special occasions or to send as a sophisticated gourmet gift for the meat connoisseur.
