  1. To create your Bellini, pour an ounce of white peach puree into the bottom of a champagne flute. Top with a small amount of Prosecco, and using a cocktail spoon, stir to incorporate the sparkling wine and the puree. Fill the glass with Prosecco and garnish with a single slice of fresh peach.
