Q:I would like to order six shanks but want it skin on. Is that possible?
A:Unfortunately we do not carry the shanks with skin on, only the skin off ones.
Q:Is this the full shank or cut short like osso buco?
A:These are 6 full fore shanks, 1.5 lbs each.
