This fresh Italian mozzarella is made by Mamma’s Cheese, an Italian cheese specialist in Miami, Florida. They create traditional-style Italian mozzarella products, all of which are made to order, ensuring you receive only the freshest and tastiest cheese. Orders have a 2-3 day lead time. We recommend storing this cheese in the refrigerator for no more than a week or two - the sooner it's eaten, the better it will taste!
