We source our grass beef from a cooperative of farmers in New Zealand, which raise the cattle on wild grasses and herbs in New Zealand their entire life - never grain fed or finished. This diet guarantees steaks full of beefy flavor and healthy vitamins and minerals. Naturally lean and low in cholesterol, this the perfect choice for the meat-lover that's looking for to amp the flavor and lose the fat. As with all our premium beef, we always recommend the simplest method of cooking, whether grilling or pan seared. Cooked medium rare and seasoned with salt and pepper, an addition of a touch of cayenne pepper adds a nice bit of heat.
