Paprika has been produced by La Dalia for over 100 years - the first company to ever produce it. The rusty red intense paprika is made from freshly-harvested peppers that have been smoked for 15 days over Encino oak wood. The result is an intensely smoky, sweet and spicy paprika that's essential for authentic Spanish recipes like paella, tortillas, stews and sauces.
