This classic gin cocktail was named after a famous hoax popularized in the mid-1800s but became one of the most popular cocktails of all time. Infused with passion fruit, our refreshing take on this old-time favorite is no joke!

Passion Fruit Collins Recipe

Ingredients

Directions
  1. Fill a Tom Collins glass with ice and place it in the refrigerator to chill.
  2. In a cocktail shaker half filled with ice, combine gin, passion fruit puree, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously and strain into your prepared glass.
  4. Scrape out the seeds and pulp from half a fresh passion fruit and stir into your cocktail.
  5. Top with a couple of ounces of soda water, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, the remaining half of your passion fruit and enjoy!
