I have grown up with Kielbasy, and have had a slew of different varieties. This particular Kielbasy is on my top three list. I have never even thought of adding lamb to the recipe, but it sure works well. The sausage tastes lighter than it looks, and everyone we served it to was absolutely mesmerized by it. Best I have had in years.
