Rose Water, Lime and Strawberry Wine Sangria RecipeIngredients1 cup sugar1 cup lime juice4 cups strawberries5 limes, sliced thinly1 bottle rose1 bottle Champagne or Prosecco½ cup brandy1 tbsp. rose waterIceDirectionsBring the sugar and lime juice to a boil in a small saucepan, lower the heat to medium and simmer for 6-8 minutes until it thickens and reduces into semi-thick syrup. Remove from fire and reserve.Add the strawberries to a large glass jar, pour the lime syrup, rose water and mix with a wooden spoon. Reserve for 15 minutes to rest.Add the lime slices, wine, champagne, brandy, rose wine, champagne, and fill the rest of the jar with ice.
