The rich, flavorful meat of premium New Zealand red deer has been smoked and infused with sweet, fruity Port Wine and spices, resulting in a distinctly-flavored sausage that gets a beautiful char when cooked on the grill. Alternatively, it can be pan-fried for southern-style breakfasts or tossed into pastas, ragalouts, casseroles and jambalayas.

These sausages are made by Chateau Royal, a family-owned business that has been preparing cutting edge sausage and ravioli products since 1988.
