The Italian green olives from Abruzzo are squashed to release their intense flavor and then mixed with a bright lemon oil and slices of fresh lemon, plus a touch of garlic. Sunny and uniquely delicious, they’re a natural partner for cocktails – especially olive martinis, of course! But it’s also great when matched with seafood dishes, salads and even a fresh baguette for an easy appetizer crostini.
Ingredients: Squashed green olive 60%, sunflower seed oil, flavored lemon olive oil 7 %, lemon 0.3%, garlic, acidifier (lactic acid).
Storage: After opening cover with a layer of olive oil and refrigerate.
